As far as i know all of them are the same unless the R has something different. Id recomend changing the bearing too as these tend to go with rust depends if your cars old or new. Another thought has sprung to mind. As you've just replaced the batter, you maybe haven't given the throttle body a chance to synchronise. I do have an issue with the stop start system, apparently i need to code the battery to the car ,i dont think the 2 are related though as the stop start is disc...

Guy at work said he had to code his new battery to the car with VCDS (an Audi)
