Hi guys know you get probably loads of these but help would be appreciated!!
Picked up my rocco yesterday and love it but has a normal radio I think with a silly touch phone kit which I have read doesn't play music, was wondering....
Can I buy any RNS 510, will want to play music and make calls via Bluetooth like in my new caddy van so will presume I need to buy one with Bluetooth obviously!!
I'm quite confident of fitting it with all the help on here but all tips would be highly appreciated,
Also would I need to put in a mic etc or can I use the existing from that silly "touch phone kit"
Will be willing to pay any one for the vag com etc and even to fit if the price is right!
Also looking for some vag com mods if any one is interested... Live in bucks and London so any one local give us a shout

Yes, you can buy any RNS510 - though I would recommend the C units and above (I think they go from A - P at the moment)
The RNS 510 does NOT have inbuilt bluetooth, so you will have to buy the VW OEM bluetooth kit, or a fiscon bluetooth kit to go with your RNS510
The bluetooth kit you buy should come with a microphone, providing you buy the right one.
No, you cannot use the microphone from your touch kit with an RNS 510
VAGCOM shouldn't be a problem where you are, there are a few who will be willing to help.

Thats all you need. Plus obviously the rns 510. I got the LED version D works perfectly. Then you just need to do a bit of VAGCOM coding and you're all set.
PS put the bt module behind the climate control unit as opposed to under the seat! Saves so much hassle you don't have that crappy foam block under your seat!
