Possibly a silly question this but,
Not particularly satisfied with the customer service I have had of late from the VW dealer from which I bought my car. I took out the 2 year/ 20000 mile service pack and free MOT. I'm now ready for first MOT, and also have a few minor niggles that should be sorted under warranty.
Can I go to any other VW dealership with this remaining service pack, or does it have to be used with the original dealer? Also I'm considering extended warranty options. Are these specific to the actual dealer or covered by all VW dealers?

Yrs, the service plan can be used at any VW franchise dealer as can the warranty and extended warranty, assuming it's the VW Mondial Extended Warranty. With other warranty companies it depends on their T&Cs

Just had a quote on my 59 plate for another years warranty and the quote was just under £300 for the 2nd level (everything bar electrics and whatever the word is they use. wear and tear, like tyres).
