Another years insurance sorted via Sky! Renewal quote was ok but got a better quote from Greenlight which Sky then matched and also gave extra £20 rebate due to their price promise! Well, I've sorted it all now and avoided both the previously mentioned admin charge and also the admin charge for altering my insurance from the clio to Scirocco.. happy days! Why are you being charged an admin fee? Why are Elephant not able to send your NCB? Personally I'd be on the phone and wouldn't get off the phone until I received my NCB proof.
