Yep i like this forum too - i've got a golf mk6 1.4 tsi but this forum is much better than the US run golfmk6.com, and nearly every thing is relevant to the golf as a scirocco is a golf mk6 with a different shell and a wider track.

It's definitely a marmite - in the right light and conditions it can look striking and nice...but in general, for me it looks garish (yes - i hate marmite) .....but that maybe just because i'm getting old lol

They are good at following the VW workshop guides, but can only diagnose a fault by what a technical bulletin might say - even then they miss half the bulletins as don't search th...

One other thing - do check with VW to make sure they didn't replace the camshaft adjuster when they did the chain & tensioner, you just want to make sure before delving into this job.
