Hi
I am changing 'rocs. The new one will be pretty much as the old one (but for colour and going to DSG). Does anyone know how I can transfer all the sat nav destinations from the old car to the new? I have seen a greyed out option for import destinations, so if they can be imported - surely they can be exported?
If anyone has done this would be grateful to know how.

No - I would be surprised if this is possible Jono, not heard of it being done before. You will just have to make a note of them all and key them all back in manually. Don't forget to remove the entries from the old unit though.

Re: Sat Nav destination export
yet there is a greyed out option called 'import destinations'... makes me kind of think export must be possible...

Re: Sat Nav destination export
Well yes, you would have thought so, there are some sites that talk about imports from SD card (http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/direct ... f1ae440/49" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), but I suspect It may be easier said than done if there is no obvious 'export' option.
I am sure it may be possible to interface with it's "database" to extract the data but may require some other software to do it.
