hey guys i just bought a 2010 scirocco 2.0 tsi, with RNS 510
the problem is i cant connect my phone to it i have a nexus one and it keeps saying phone not compatible, i tried iphone 3gs and its the same thing.
i read on the manual and checked this video " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; that the bluetooth of the car should be visible when i go to ignition on but my phone cant see it. and the manual mentions that pressing briefly on the phone button twice in succession will turn on bluetooth and ill hear a speaker sound but it doesnt happen.
now i know the bluetooth module is somewhat functional since it is detecting my phone, but no pairing with it.
does anyone of you know how to fix this?

Which bluetooth system to you have? I believe the standard VW system is only compatible with phones that have rSap functionality. The iPhone definitely doesn't have this.
