i went to MPH at earls court today!
i wouldnt have given the show a rave review either to be honest.
if it had costed £40 a ticket you would have been happy, but for £70 a ticket, i was a bit disapointed...
what did they say about the R then? AutoCar loved it! said it was better than the Focus RS!!!

You should have gone for Gold tickets, not Platinum, much better value!

I had the Silver ones through my company, and to be fair the seats were not too good, the show was brilliant but too short. The MPH car show after was good, although it felt more like a massive car dealership rather than a showroom, as they were trying to talk you into buying pretty much everything on offer.

Was nice to see some really rare motors though, not nice trying to take photos with all the idiot kids in your way.

Some cars are not meant to be modded/pimp out, how horrible did that R8 look?

which one? there was a few...
saw a chromed mclaren slr which look horrible...
saw loads of cars with that carbon fibre vinyle on them! the fisker one was done terribly though, looked like a rush job...
the pagani zonda cinque was the nicest car there though, soooo much carbon fibre!

The r8 which looked horrible was the one with VAD in diamond all over it, disgusting (well to be anyway!). Sometimes stock cars are just better looking!

if it lacks fun like TG say, Im sure I can sort that
But mine is getting a remap asap. + VWR seem to do allot of parts for the Scirocco , fingers crossed they will do some tasty mods for the R.

I wonder how much fun it will lack with 300bhp :P
