Hi Folks,
I posed a question recently about a fault with my Bi xenon passenger side Headlight.
As stated before, when changing from dipped lights to Main beam, the light gives a quick flash of Main beam and then reverts to dipped.
I swapped the light from side to side along with the ballast control and the fault carried over which suggests that the fault is working the lighting unit itself.
One helpful forum member suggested that the fault may be confined to the internal shutter which directs the beam of the bulb from one to the other.
The shutter is not stuck or seized and can be easily moved with a screwdriver from the bulb access hole.
Any suggestions available from anyone who may have encountered similar in the past?
