Button for driver assistance sys. fault.

Post by San »

Hi guys

Hope you well..

Got a small problem on my 2012 Scirocco 2.0TSI
Turn key on, all warning lights comes on and you hear 3 beeps. When you start the car it starts and then immediately switches off.
Error on dash is
Button for driver assistance sys. fault. and Error: Brakes. Workshop.

Obd tool not reading on port so I can't scan.
Your guidance and expertise on what could it be would be greatly appreciated.
I'm thinking bcm or control gateway. Anyone had a similar experience?

Try and get hold of someone with VCDS as not all OBD tools are able to read or reset codes within the ABS control module.
