Speakers, Sub and Amp

Post by RoccoBlakey »

I have a Pioneer 1200w sub already from my golf and am looking at fitting this with 4 pioneer in door speakers, I will be getting a sub Amp to power the sub but am looking for some information from some speaker enthusiasts.

I have the RNS 510 and really like the stock head unit, I am happy to change it if necessary and if I do, I would want one compatible with Android Auto/Smart Link.

My questions are:

Do I need a new head unit to power the speakers/have the right outputs?

Can I run the set up I want from the current RNS 510 without any changes?
