Dead radio after battery died

Post by Adammorris27 »

My RNS510 Radio won't turn on after my car battery died, I've looked through the fuse box but nothing seems to have blown, any ideas how to get it back on?? Cheers in advanced

There is a fuse at the rear of the radio that may have blown but think it unlikely if the battery just died.
The link below shows the connectors for an RNS510 and the position of the fuse. The diagram is from a mk 5 golf manual but connectors etc are the same.

Yeah I've pulled out the unit and checked the fuse, that's all fine it's as if there's no power to it
