Hello, I've just joined and obviously as I'm new I dont have access to the classifieds which is fair enough, I'm looking for a Viper Green 2.0 TSI DSG, one has come up but its a fair distance from me, it has leather, winter pack, panoramic roof and 47000 miles on it, as I've just started looking and I'm not too sure of prices yet, does £9500 sound fair enough? Also its supposed to be very tidy with full service history and 11months MOT, its a 59 plate.
Any advice would be appreciated. I think the green is a love or hate thing but I kind of like it! Is it a less popular option secondhand at all?
Advice on price please??!

Re: Advice on price please??!
I'm selling mine which is the same age and engine but 56k miles, and that's about right.
I'm trading in but I've been quoted £7000-8000 so if you add on a sellers mark up you're looking in the 9k range.

Thanks for that Kev. I'm going to see it at the beginning of the week, just been serviced and DSG oil changed. I presume you're trading in for another Scirocco??!

Nope, I'm going to Audi.
I fully intended to change my car in 2017 for the Mk4 Scirocco but with dieselgate that doesn't look like it's happening so it's time for a change. I think the dynamics game has moved on a bit so the current facelift scirocco doesn't appeal to me, especially as I'll keep the car for 5+ years again.
