How the heck do you remove these? I tried 3 screwdrivers and none work...
Im trying to put them led lights on...

You need a Torx driver or bit that's the correct size. A standard Philips or Posidrive screwdriver won't do.
The majority of the screws on VWs are Torx these days so probably worth investing in a set.

They will be T30 Torx bolts.
As above, many torx screws on a VW, along with hex heads (allen), and spline (tripple square).
Also as the car is german, if you start doing work on it you will find they use unusual sized heads, usually requiring a hex bit, spanner or socket that you don't find in your socket set unless it has every single size possible!
