Delivery Question

Hi chaps,
Waiting for my new Rocco R to be delivered :clap: :clap: :clap: however I've had the 5a delivery text (your car has left the factory) like 4 times in the last week! My dealer seems pretty clueless! Anyone else experience this?
Also - does anyone know how I can find out the shipping number so I can track the ship?

Hi Karl. I'm awaiting my Roc R delivery as well. Don't worry - you're not the only one. Since my build week, I think I've had the 5a test 6-7 times. The system has a glitch I think. For up to date information, ring VW customer services or ask on the live chat on the website. They can tell you whether you car has left the port yet. Which build week were you?
