Aux In Issues After Flat Battery

Post by TomT »

Hi Ive got a 2008 Scirocco with the Standard radio fitted , I recently worked abroad and didnt use my car for two months so returned to a flat battery! Ever Since ive jump started it the Aux In Input isnt working , Any Quick Fixes? Ive read about connecting the diagnostic cable and re coding it but i havnt got the software or the cable . Any Help would be great , just wanna know if my only option is the re coding route.

Regards

Tom

Have you checked the "AUX In" setting within the headunit settings hasn't become "unticked"?

I would imagine the headunit defaults to standard settings when power's removed.
