HELP plz...auto-leveling xenon not working !!

Post by mahmoudomran »

hi there ,
i discovered yesterday that my xenon was too low on the ground and that when i start the car it doesn't auto level the headlights like it used to !!
a week ago there was an error on the VCDS for the headlights when it was resetted the guy told me it's now fine then i discovered this !!
please if anyone can help ? why is the motor not working ?! and the strange thing is that both headlights have the same problem not just one headlight ?!!
thnx

Well, not quite, if you have an issue with the self levelling sensors then neither headlight would work... Scan on VCDS... will tell you what fault there is. Then you can do an adaption of the xenon controller (look on ross tech for steps).

If you have a faulty sensor then you will see this as well

Thank you xjay1337 for your reply and sorry for my late reply i just fixed it today because i was travelling....the problem was the connector pin it has a clip on it was broken so it became a little bit loose with no pressure to hold it , apparently it made an open circuit...fixed it and everythying went back to normal thanks god .
