Thump/Clunk Sound

Thump/Clunk Sound

When just about to come to a stop when reversing I seem to get a thump noise, could be described as something in my boot moving about when breaking, but I've emptied the boot and it still does it, I'm not sure if it does it every time as I've probably got used to it. Anybody else had the problem?
