I've tried my best to research stuff online but I'm stuck
The car will be 4 years old this December so it' out of warranty, and I bought it privately, not from VW
Any help would be much appreciated

2.0 TDI 140 Losing Power
For approx 2 weeks I have noticed my scirocco seems to be losing power, it's as if I'm driving a straight diesel - there's no boost at all, then yesterday the coil light came on. The light is intermittently coming on and off, and when the light is off the car has a bit more kick in it. When the light comes on I turn the car off and on again this light may disappear and when it disappears it drives a bit better. I took the car to a guy who specializes in VAG cars and no errors came up on the VAGCOM program. He suspects it may be the Turbo Position Actuator. Has anybody else had a similar issue?
