Haven't tried it personally but might try it one day. I imagine you need a few fill ups to so see a difference if there is any.

I'm gonna start putting it in next time I feel up, even shell garages are much nicer than others ha. So I might get a loyalty card as well!

Re: Shell V Power Nitro Diesel
I used it from new on mine for 6 months, changed to asda's special seeing as at the time it was 15p a litre cheaper and couldn't see a difference in performance or fuel consumption at all!
i would have probably kept using it if I hadn't seen the fifth gear episode where they tested a new golf gti with all the mainst rain fuels and found that some of the supposed performance fuels were actually no different at all to the standard fuels. The car was ragged around a track and also put on a RR.
Nearly £10 extra to fill up for next to no gains? No thanks!

Re: Shell V Power Nitro Diesel
I think you only see the difference in the long run ie, injectors don't get as dirty with v power and stuff. I tend to put it in once a month as with my previous car (ill admit it was a ford) had injector problems and a few people told me to put better fuel in every so often.
