HELP!!

I drive a: GT 2.0 TSI
In: Candy White
With a: DSG box
Options: rns510,pan roof,heated leather,side lights as drl,led side lights,led number plate,mtec white bulbs,full led interior,black vw badges,covered cup holder, smoking pack,osir boost gauge pod with autogauge,slimline sub built in with spare wheel,infinity kappa speakers and tweeters,carbon wing mirrors.

Hi all, I changed my air filter this morning just a standard swap of the oem type. I have just driven to work and all was fine until i got onto the motor way,the engind wouldnt rev and the check engine light and the epc light came on.I have managed to limp into work and once the car had been switched on and off again all seems ok. The lights have gone off and the car revs like normal. Im going to check on the air filter on my lunch break but could anyone suggest any other causes? Do i need to reset the MAF sensor somehow?!

I have just been and checked the air filter and it all looks fine,i took it out and reinstalled it. I also disconnected the battery and the MAF sensor. Put it all back together and its not as bad but if i acclelerate between 2-3000 revs it stutters and jerks. The epc light no longer comes on but the check engine light does. Might have to try get it looked at tomorrow.
