Never buy direct from chemical guys, absolutely the worst service I have ever had

I have heard about their poor service as well. Never used any of their products so I cant comment against them though

I must say I've ordered from Chemical Guys UK maybe 3/4 times over the past couple of years and didn't have any issues.
I wasn't aware of the bad reputation they've been earning until reading WhiteDevil's link, maybe I just got lucky?...It's shame really because some of their products are really top notch, the microfiber towels are very nice and I love the Hybrid V7 Sealant/Detailer, it gives a great finish, especially on darker coloured cars.

Ordered from them a number of times, each time the service was absolutely awful. On one occasion they sent my stuff repeatedly to another customer before accusing my neighbours of stealing it, on another they sent me someone else's stuff and then accused me of stealing it when their inept courier failed to collect it on no less than 3 occasions when it was sat in my works warehouse waiting to be collected! Absolutely rubbish, a shame really as the products are good just let down by poor customer service, delivery, etc.

Never used any of there products or ordered from them. I have used Autofinesse products for 2 years now, superb products and the service is superb.

Couldnt agree more. My go to brand for cleaning equipment. Customer service is 2nd to none

Just to mention the snow foam they sent is crap, no foam at all
Stripped and cleaned lance just in case it was that , so I ordered bilt hamber
Snow foam and its working great

Also thought I would mention the seal on 5 ltr bottle of chem guys was broken
And taped up with brown tape make me wonder what was in the bottle

Don’t buy direct from chemical guys
