Leather interior - retro fit?

Post by aandrew »

Has anyone retro fitted a leather interior into their car yet?
I saw a leather interior on eBay and wondered what the "ins and outs" of such a task would be....

Yes its been done - the alternative is re-trimming the existing seats etc. Use the search function and it will show the appropriate threads....

really, really easy as long as you have the right tools? Remember that you will have to disconnect the battery as the seats contain airbags!!

Or take it and you interior to your local bodyshop as they remove & refit interiors and work for a lot lower hourly rates!!

if your unsure of fitting then definitely choose the latter option
