Service Intervals for R

What are the service intervals for a Roc R from new? If you go over the recommended service interval would this affect the warranty? For example, if you were looking at buying a 1 year old R with 13000 miles and had yet to be serviced is this something to be concerned about?

Car could be set for long life which means around 17k, if on t&d would have been serviced at just under 10k

The R doesn't do long life really. Engine / ECU is set up for annual service /10k mile intervals.

Booked my R in for a service on Monday. It was previously on long-life service but getting it switched to time and distance. Service will cost £149 and include Oil change and filter and screen wash.
