Only tighten when the pendulum arm is bolted to the gearbox.

100Nm, then + 90° further turn.

Bolts at the gearbox end, 50Nm, then +90° further turn.

Its a really value for money mod..

After installing it (704P , "track insert" ,harder than yellow 704...there are also superpro inserts,which promise a much softer ride.)
There is a little more Vibration in the car when reversing,and when on idle...I mean I can feel a couple of engine vibrations on the steering wheel when I grip the steering wheel ...Passengers cant notice it
Little more vibration on low RPMs (1.000-2.500)

Much better feeling on tight bends car feels more solid
Much better feeling when shifting.(gearbox moves less)

I'm getting the Vibra Tecnics version of this fitted next month when the clutch gets uprated at JKM!

http://www.vibra-technics.co.uk/vw/golf ... bush_20r32" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

seems much more effective (and harsh :rally: ) solution than the powerflex mount...
