New White Writing Dash

Hi guys, Im looking for a Rocco, but have decided might be a little wiser to get a slightly older and much cheaper car. The only thing that will dissapoint me is the old Red writing computor.
Has anyone changed their clocks for the new style? can it be done?

you would need VW to code the new unit in to swap the milage, service interval etc over. definitely can't see it being a cheap change, if it bothers you that much my opinion is you are better spending the extra money & buying an MY2010 (May 2009 onwards) car

And to be honest,I would go for a car built after September 2009 (post week 45) car - get the new climate controls and more options to tweak in VCDS.
