Chips on paintwork
To keep a long story short , I got stuck briefly to one side of a lorry carrying road diggers , which deposited a load of sand and pebbles onto the carriageway whilstcrossing a bridge ! , anyway got the car home and cleaned it and noticed about 4 pin head sized chips on the bonnet which are deep enough to expose the white undercoat (I presumme) , I am assumming I can get it sorted and will be contacting my CC lease company today , but is it a big job and expensive (I might be hit with some form of 'excess' by the company which is in their insurance policy)

Re: Chips on paintwork
If they are pin size the i wouldn't worry, just buy some touch up and dab a bit of paint into the chip using a pin head.
