based on a 2.0 16v "diesel" block with a great big turbo bolted on it.

I want that rear wing :D

Built by Michael Jernberg who regularly competes in the European Rallycross Championship. Might have to keep an eye on that in 2011 then if he's competing with that! :D

That's just amazing!
He's not building that for himself though. As I understood it, he's building the car for someone who still wants to be anonymous. Maybe Kimi Räikkönen is expanding to Rallycross. :D

No it's petrol engine. An ABF 16v as far as I can see. They are just saying the block is "stronger"

Nah you would just have to spend alot on a custom DSG box, HPA/HGP would build you one :P they do say they will mod the DSG to take the FT 565 power .

I was aware it was a bit different.

Autocar has a test of the latest Veyron, 268mph and 0-100mph in 4.94s... :fall:
