DSG Faults if any ?

Post by Shaun »

So, what faults if any have you had with DSG, have you had any small little blips in the operation ?, does it get confused very occasionally , or have you had anything major ?

Only thing I'm not sure is DSG or not is sometimes when slowing for a junction or traffic lights, get a hesitation / judder between 2nd and 1st. But other than that no issues with DSG - other than it makes me lazy. :)

Only goes D to N like that - must be a safety "feature" in case you need to get it out of gear in a hurry

Need to use trigger for everything else

Compared to my last Audi A3 with DSG it TOO eager to step down to 3rd when going down hill
If you see S9 CTC driving around give us a wave I do 40,000 miles a year it gets lonely out there
