...funny thing happened at the weekend and I'm going to tell you anyway.
My fiancee and I went to see a some friends at the weekend. I parked the shiny 1 month old black 'roc in their driveway. When we knocked only the wife was there as the husband had taken the dog down to Richmond Park (in the range rover). So we sit down with tea and chat between the three of us. 5 mins later he turns up, bounding through the front door with a big grin on his face.
'Hey that your rocco in the drive, it looks amazing, what engine is it..is it the quick one..what options it got...etc etc'
and generally the conversation went on as I took him through the brilliance of my new car. Then, as you do you calm down and you chat about this that and the other...
...it was a full 40 minutes before someone said
'so wheres the dog?'
The look on his face - when he reaslised that his over excitement at seeing that sexy car in the driveway and wanting to talk to me about it meant the dog was still sat in the back of the range rover** happily relieving itself all over the back seats.
Like I say...you had to be there...but another example of the effect our ultra stylish cars have on people.
