What oil?

Hi guys,
I have a 2.0tsi and was wondering if any of you knew what oil i'd need to re-fill it with, i've tried contacting VW but i've been put on hold for absolutely ages! And i've also asked halfords, but it's not on their system.
So yeah would really appreciate some help please
