I need to make decision tonight

Post by risingblue1 »

I have been offered an Rising Blue Manual with nav. I need to make a decision about the car tonight as there is another buy on it. My wife thinks it looks rude boy and doesn't like the fabric. What do people think? Is this too basic a spec and difficult to sell on? Does it need DSG or Leather? What do people think of the fabric?

Thanks!!!

just to add i dont think manual or dsg will make much difference when it comes to sell as people like it or dont. Leather is a bit tricky, id feel more at ease buying a scirocco r without leather than i would a golf r as a golf r starts at 30k plus. When you come to sell your rocco r in say 1 year i imagine you would still get 25k for it.

Its an r go fo it. Y ou will still get 18 ", climatronic, rcd510 as standard and when it comes to fabric i think it looks sportier than the leather part. Also if its manual, then i think alot of ppl would want it. Its up to you, but think about it you would be bying an r....tik tok

I think I am going to go for this. Thanks for the advice everyone. Going to try and get the fixed servicing for 3 years for £250.

Its the RNS510 which I also have it is very good but probably doesn't add any value.

Nice one. The spec on the R is decent anyway with it having Xenons and winter pack as standard. Even if it's not got things like cruise or parking sensors then you can always have them fitted, so I think you've made a good choice.

You just need to get some pictures up now!
