is it just me or does anyone else have have trouble getting info out of VW MK Customer Service?
Every time i phone, they're reluctant to give me info as they say it should be the job of the dealer to keep me informed?
They eventually give me an update, but not without fuss... my dealership aren't the most proactive, and they make me feel guilty if i ask questions!

This is an interesting one so have split into a new topic, don't want it getting lost.
When I rang them during my wait I found them quite good (info, update all in 2 minutes) the first time but the second time they didn't understand my simple question (status of my car's build & anticipated delivery date) & took 3 attempts for the person on the other end to understand then 5 minutes to find the information & relay to me
I think it depends on the person that you get answer the phone.

It was bad to get through this morning but they have OK over the last week and today to give a short update without further questioning using my Commision Number. I just ask for status ot the order.
