2010 Model Year clear-up

I've ordered my Scirocco, I'm not due to have it until Jan 2010, i've been reading about some changes that are coming for them.

So, will i get the new climate control system and various other new stuff thay are doing? I cant get a straight answer from anyone!

People are saying about a reverse camera etc and a few other things.

Would appreciate and feedback regarding this!

10My from memory launched ealier this year and people have already taken delivery of these cars.

- New steering wheel from the MKVI Golf,
- New instrument cluster with White display,
- Moulded Coat hook on the B-pillar instead of the push-push coat hook in the headliner (cost down)
- DAB bee-sting style aerial not on the roof anymore, just the shark fin. The DAB aerial is integrate into the rear side windows.

There will be other revisions that are not so noticeable to the customer.

the 10.5 My which will go on sale week 45 has some further changes yet to be confirmed

- 2.0 TSI engine now 210 PS instead of 200 PS, assume the new Golf GTi engine finds its way into the Scirocco.
- New Climate control unit from MKVI Golf / Passat CC
- Reversing Camera (tbc) Optional Extra
- Keyless entry / Go (tbc) Probably Optional Extra

If your car is due early next year then you will get the new climate control unit as long as you choose a Roc with Climate Control which is not standard on some.

Yeah it has the Climate so will be the new one no doubt!

I can do without the reverse camera and keyless entry / go.... but if any is standard then all is welcome!

As for the engine upgrade, if they update the TDi 140 then that will always be good!

Don't thing the TDI will get updated anytime soon, the CR unit is pretty new anyway.
