Hi All, Im Ollie, from South Wales, and considering a ROC to replace my A3

My A3 is a 2.0T Auattro S-Line and now i seem to be doing more miles, and the fact my term is up at the end of the year, i need to change it!

So im fancying a ROC GT TDI 170, in white, and with the same options as my A3;

Leather, E/folding mirrors, cruise control and xenons...

Ideally im trying to cut the monthly cost so considering ditching the leather, but ive not yet seen any ROC's @ the 2 main dealers ive visited, to see if i actually like the cloth option instead!!!

Both dealers have been totally useless! you would think they would actually want to sell me a car, but oh well!

Are there any local ROC owners in South Wales that fancy letting me have a look @ their pride and joy?! (Cheeky i know!)Or can anyone point me in the direction of a dealer/garage that has any in stock?!?! Ive not even sat in one yet!!!

Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi Ollie, Welcome!!!

i'm sure we can try & draw someone out to give you a sneek peek but in the mean time have a look in the gallery (top right) as there are some good photos.
personally i'm going for cloth as i really don't like leather seats but having seen the cloth i'm definitely not disappointed, the leather is nice but imo quite expensive at £1500 & having seen what you can get (quality wise) in the way of leather retrofit for similar money its a close cut thing.

HI ollie, what part of south wales you from?? what dealers have you tried??

i do know of a dealer with a demo in, dunno if it has cloth or leather seats but at least you will get to have a sit in it.

Scott - Im not far from Newport mate, ive tried cardiff and newport dealers, both shocking service and no ROC's there! :O

Which dealer do you know of with a demo?

You dont need the leather,

the cloth interior in the scirocco is one of the best ive seen, very durable and resilient, get Dynaudio, imo makes a big difference
