Hello all ---- 2017 2.0tsi
I've searched about and not seen this discussed yet..
I understand that there might be a place to tap for oil pressure on the head, but which is not one of the two oil pressure sensors (blue/brown) on the corner of the motor. Like, an oil galley with a little plug in it, which can be removed and an oil pressure sensor (or pipe) can be attached.
Any guidance? Is there a good/expected/usual place? OR is a T-fitting the only option?
What's the guidance for torque on the M10x1 fittings?
Thanks!
Where to tap for oil pressure gauge?

Little late to the party and you may have it sorted already but try Google searching using your engine code.
As the same engines are used across several VAG platforms you’ll probably find better info from a golf or Cupra etc.
Sadly this forum doesn’t get the views it used to.
