I've had my Rocco GTS for about 10 years now and quickly became a very active member of this forum . Almost 9 years ago I bought and fitted a set of lowering springs ( adjustable height at the rear ) from MSS Kits (once a site sponsor) and posted a full install guide here > http://www.sciroccocentral.co.uk/forum/ ... 34&t=17157

A long time has passed and members have come & gone , and I'm not really that active on here any more - but I still love my Rocco and wanted to share my latest experience with you guys. I was performing some checks on my car and found that my RHR coil spring had broken :(

At the rear of the MSS Suspension Kit there's a Black primary spring , an Orange secondary spring (both manufactured by Eibach in Germany to MSS's design) and an adjustable spring seat to set ride height (I'm running around minus 35mm). The Orange secondary springs have lost most of their paint over the last 9 years (hardly surprising in the UK) and the RH one had corroded and eventually snapped near the bottom . The Black primary springs are of a much beefier gauge and have fared really well , as have the anodised aluminium height adjusters. I dug out my original receipt from April 2014 and went to contact MSS Kits for a replacement.

They've since rebranded as Modular Suspension Systems , but I was able to get a message though to them. They replied almost instantly and reassured me that irrespective of age -I was still covered by a full lifetime warranty ! . I filled out & submitted their simple warranty form and the next day they rang me to tell me that they were going to ship me a full replacement rear suspension kit ( 2 x black springs , 2 x orange springs , 2 x Spring seats , 2 x Spring adjuster platforms and a C spanner) and have it sent by next day delivery - all for FREE !! :clap: . No quibbling , no hassle - just fantastic customer service :)

And here it is ! :D

People are often quick to complain when things go wrong , but I think its equally as important to celebrate when things go right. Great customer service is always appreciated by the consumer and I reckon Modular Suspension Systems deserve a big pat on the back :yes:
