Driver door not unlocking

Hello,

As the title says, I am unable to open the driver door from my key.

My problem right now is identifying the correct door lock part number according to my Scirocco.

Mine is from (Dec 2013) , I checked the 7zap website but there are a lot of door locks on the left side and I can't tell what's the difference and what should I order. (https://volkswagen.7zap.com/en/rdw/scir ... 37-837000/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; )

5N1 837 015 E / 5N1 837 015 F / 5N2 837 015 E / 5N2 837 015 D / 5N2 837 015 F (all on the left side - driver door), what's the difference and what should I pick?

You have to try the locksmith for this kind of problem, don't try to do it forcefully if the key gets broke down inside the door lock then it's an expensive solution instead of a little fee of a locksmith so be generous and use the proper way.

You didn't understand my problem right. By "key" i mean pressing the button to unlock, however unlocking by inserting the key is not working either.

I want to replace the component that handles door lock, but I am confused, there are so many part codes and I don't know what to pick / what would 100% fit and work.
