Scirocco R Repair Manual

Just wondering if there is a repair manual, like a Haynes manual, out and about anywhere as I know that Haynes haven't make one for a MK3. Just interested in looking at a couple things and some form of technical things to save me doing bodge jobs in the future lol. I have a FL Scirocco R if that is any help :)
