Brake Vacuum Pump Reseal

Post by danpainter »

Hi everyone.

First post here, I'm having some trouble sadly with my Rocco. :( I've been finding some oil getting over my engine bay underneath the air filter and was trying to figure out where it has been coming from. I found ou that the rubber O-ring for my brake vacuum has expanded and is not sealing properly. I've been trying to find a reseal kit for a bit now but am struggling to find one in the UK without going to a dealer and getting ripped off. Does anyone know where to get the correct size gaskets and rings or a decent reseal kit from?

You could try TPS, if your local one will sell to the public. They tend to be slightly cheaper than the dealer for OEM parts. Have you tried your local dealer? It might not be that expensive as not all their prices are a "rip-off".

You could locate the part number of what you need from the following site and try Ebay.
