Control dash replacement

Hello everyone, I was wondering if its possible to replace the panel on the right side of steering wheel, from this:


to this:


And the second one is, does every model have a support for multifunction steering wheel, or do some have regular steering wheels without the support?

It will be a massive job, you have the manual controls.
The other is 2-zone climatronic.
You need temperature probes, air regulating valves, climatronic unit.
Whole dashboard needs to come out and change wiring.
