I have the above warning light that suggests low coolant.
The expansion tank was a little low but not empty so I'm thinking level probe??
Are they simple to replace it was pitch black this morning.
They car runs at normal temps, 90 degC.

A quick google suggest the sensor is not available as I can only find the complete tank.
I'll call TPS this morning.
Any other suggestions welcome.

The probe is built into the expansion tank and is not available as a stand alone. Tbe expansion tank isn't too expensive but top up the coolant and see how it goes.

Hi, I have already topped it up.
The light goes out once it starts to warm up so maybe it's just starting to fail completely
Thanks

Just an update for future searches.
The light went out and stayed out after a couple of days. The sensor must have sprung back into life after a soak in coolant.

Maybe you had some air in the systems that dropped the level suddenly.
