Got the Rocco back from body shop very happy. There is still alot to do spacers, springs etc and also mechanically lights need wires up drivers door window doesnt go up and down when door is opened. Passenger door doesnt open when locked and then opened using central locking plus a few pieces needed for the inside. But the majority is done and it is completely transformed from when i had it arrived looking like scrap very happy. What do use think? Also got the R exhaust fitted and removed the scirocco and TDI and sprayed VW Badges black.

Have front two springs fitted and at the moment quite disappointed doesn't seems to be much of a drop from standard i know they take a while to settle in but didn't think they would drop that much but here's to hopping. Reason haven't finished yet is broke link arm so will have to get new one also have 12mm spacers on the front which seem perfect.
Havent updated this in a while quite a bit has changed. I got all the springs fitted and spacers although am currently just running 2 front spacers as i have also replaced the alloy wheels with 9.5 rears so sit out far enough on their own. I also got a wee sunstrip fitted. Also have a few pics to show which i hope you like. Still constantly doing bits and pieces but it has come on a lot in a couple of months happy how it is looking.
Wheels could be going in for a refurb so any ideas do fell free to share.

How do you fund all this as a student??
Thanks Roy. Im still running front spacers and at greater speeds there is a vibration through the steering wheel.
To be honest it has been very tight and have spent a lot on it and don't really have much more to spend on it. Just a wee part time job but keep seeing one thing then another and its just hard to say no but i would say that is most of the work done although have another update to post.
Disaster.... I got the Rocco mapped to around 200bhp by a very reputable company which was actually higher than i wanted/needed but i asked for it to be tuned down a bit so less stress on everything. Even with funds running very low the last thing i could do with hearing a strange clicking noise. Ive asked about and been told i cant pin it on the map, but the clicking noise was the flywheel which i am replacing along with a clutch kit. This is something i definitely could have done without. To make thing worse few days before going in the noise went away completely wouldn't know a thing was up with it ran perfect. But yet again was a may as well replace incase it comes back. So the drama continues and I've still got a few mods i want.
