Just bought my first scirocco

Hello everyone,

So yesterday i bought my first scirocco, I love it! the DSG gearbox is beautiful to drive with and the interior of the facelifted car is insane!

i have lots of options on my car including rear and front parking sensors BUT I dont have a reversing camera which is something I'd like,
Is it worth my buying the parts and fitting myself or would I be better off going to VW or halfords? also would the camera work if its fitted aftermarket or did it really need to be done in the factory?
The car is a 15 plate

Depends how technically minded you are mate! Its essentially running a wire from front to back, cutting a whhole in the bumper and coding it in. If you don't fancy it take it to vw (but expect costs!).

If you do a search for UKLEE you'll find a how to guide and many others by him
