Hello, i am now after a dash cam for my scirocco. just want one that works when i drive, does anyone have any recommendations?

I have one similar to this I got via work, same thing different label. Wire runs from the 12v supply in the boot the length of the car behind the trim, cable this to rear view mirror rain sensor wiring so is nice a neat. Does the job well. I take mine down when I leave the car and re plug in (fits via suction cup like a sat nav) that way avoids the crashing issue dash cams have with the VW 4v power output (when u unlock the car it sends some power to the 12v outlets but not a full 12v so causes issues with some cams.
