Judder in 4/5/6 Gear around 1500-2200 revs

I was driving back yesterday and annoyingly the nav system took me down a single track road, however half way down the road 'ended' and between two farmers fields it was sunk either side, so it was a struggle to get through - got there, loads of mud typical stuff.

Anyway, got out of that and back on to main road when I could see civilisation again...however when I then started to accelerate I get a judder around 1500 revs to around 2200 and then potters out.

I did do a quick look for this but people mention things like clutches, flywheels etc. Can't see it being this, any one know where to look or what to look for?

The mud could be a coincidence.

Don't know what engine you have but a judder is normally caused by a misfire amd if you have a petrol engine, the first thing to consider is that it could be a coilpack failing.

Actually it probably was either that the wheel or something like the mud or a balance weight fell off or it wasn't on tight who knows, because I took them to get referred (coincidently who refurbished them last year the matt finish didn't take correctly, so they are redoing them) and he swapped them for the winters (I was lazy this year and didn't put them on, plus I didn't go to Germany). After that it worked!

No issues.
