Buying iPhone BT Module

Post by Stazman »

Hi, I need to update my bluetooth module as I can't get my iPhone to work, could someone point me in the right direction to buy one of these where I can simply swap with my existing one please? I've looked on ebay and there seems to be so many variations. I have the white dot matrix display with multi-function steering wheel in my 10 plate if this helps?

Thanks in advance guys.

@Shrink I can't actually remember the code number, i'll have a look when I get home.

@Phil, yep for the module and "installation", talk about thieving bas**ards, they also couldn't guarantee me it'll even work.

I know, who in their right mind would pay that.

dimexi I've just noticed in your VAGCOM Mods you can do some cool stuff, like for instance window close via rain sensor, how do you do this?

It was the 5N0 035 730 D version I installed, it worked with my iPhone perfectly.

LOL! It's not that "cool" :p.. I think instructions have been put up on how to do that, check the VCDS section of the forum, UKLee made a thread for all the common VCDS tweaks :)
