Need help with DRL + Xenon

Guys, I need some help. Ages ago I fitted an R kit to my car with xenons, genuine DRL's etc. However when my headlights come on, my DRL's turn off.

This must be a coding issue, I had forgotten about it but now its starting to bug me as I like everything to look 100% OEM, does anyone know what might cause this or where the coding is in vag com to change this?

I guess I'm looking for people who have fitted xenons/drls. I can only assume its because when my car had its old lights (2008 tsi) the "drls" were in the headlights and when the lights were turned on it swapped over to driving main beams.

Where are your sidelights located now?

I don't have any? just xenon's and daytime running lights

Then you have to wire the drl as sidelights and code them to act as drl's.
When the main beams turn on the drl stay on as sidelights.
Maybe someone else has a better idea?

I tried that and they just never came on and gave fault codes I may have to have another play around with them. I tried everything, hoping someone has done the same thing and got them working and can tell me how they did it Might have another play with them tonight
