H&R 35mm lowering springs

Post by AlanH »

Waiting for my H&R springs to arrive at some point this week (courtesy of OmZy). Hopefully get them fitted this weekend. Looking forward to the slightly better response from the steering.
Anyone who has H&R's fitted, what is the ride quality like? Is it lots harsher? as I haven't had H&R before.

It is a little bit harsher and I have my R set on comfort mod all the time but the handling is superb

However, don't expect a 35mm drop, there is some difference but it isn't as low as I would have expected/liked

The guy who I bought them off posted some pics of his roc with the springs fitted. It's enough of a drop for me.
You say harsher. Do you mean crashy or just firmer?

Hope that's the case for me too. I want the look, but don't want to compromise on the ride quality too much.
And as the roads are a bit poor around here, so didn't want to be too extreme.
I get some really funny looks when people see me swerving avoiding pot holes!!! [emoji13][emoji13]
