Today i parked my car and came back like 5 minutes later and the car is making this sound
Its coming from the front, the car is locked as well...
What is it?

Sounds like inter cooler/fan or compressor mine (1.4tsi) does this not sure about it being 5 minutes after leaving the car though, usually starts when engine cuts off and maybe lasts a minute or two.

As you have the diesel, it would have been the fans running on. If you switch the car off while the DPF is regenerating the fans run on for 5 mins after switch off. Normal operation, so nothing to worry about.
